As for China, there could be a fascinating political and economic discussion (not on Radar, though) about the relative importance of the West's wars and reactions to terror and of other everyday factors, such as the economic policies of China and its trading partners. China has had quite a lot of "distractions" of its own while pursuing alliances and economic growth.<br /> </p>
